What's an AI credit?
Credits power every AI feature — drafting listings, reading receipts, writing agreements, generating guides, and chatting with Ria. Each plan includes a monthly pool that refreshes at the start of your billing cycle. Most hosts never run out; if you do, the rest of the platform keeps working and you can upgrade or top up.

Pricing FAQ
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — Free is free forever for up to 5 properties, with no credit card required. You get the entire platform; you just upgrade when you need more properties, AI credits or storage.
Can I change plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from the Billing page in the Host app. Changes prorate automatically, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
AI features pause until your monthly credits reset — but everything else (bookings, payments, locks, accounting) keeps working normally. To keep the AI going, upgrade your plan or buy a one-time top-up.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, so they don't accumulate. One-time top-up credits are drawn down after your monthly allowance is used.
What counts as a "property"?
Each active rental unit you manage — a single-family home, one unit in a multi-family building, a vacation rental, or a storage space. Retired or sold properties don't count toward your limit.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can update your card or cancel anytime from the Billing page; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period and then move to Free.
